Tahoma Arts Visioning Summit 2000
Why not just fix up the Auditorium/stage we have at the Tahoma Junior High?
Our children and staff have performed wonderful drama, band, and choral productions-they deserve a quality space to perform
Audience Seating too small to host league events
Infrastructure of facility too limiting take more $ to revamp than build new
Geography
Age of students
Remodel
Outside standards
The stage has water leakage, numerous problems, and is not aesthetically pleasing. We should fix it up for the younger folks
We are a growing community
The auditorium is inadequate
The seats squeak!
The backstage is too small and has no space to grow bigger
Stage too small both width and depth
No fly space
No pit
No parking, no space
Acoustics are awful
Not enough seats
Audience capacity
TJH auditorium is not useable for many performing options
Little storage space
Orchestra, Drama, etc. students at the High School level deserve/need a first rate facility in which to perform
No wheel chair access
Limited parking at TJH
Technical/Acoustical features are lacking
Space too small for full-scale musicals
