Safe Arrival

The goal of the Safe Arrival Program is to account for the whereabouts of each student not in attendance on any individual day. This program takes a great amount of effort from the office staff, but is worth it! It also takes a very small, yet important, effort from the parents of each Rock Creek student. Please call Rock Creek at 425-413-3310 and leave a brief message if your child will not be attending school. It is important that the message be brief. Leave only the following information:

Students' name, grade, and name of the teacher
Your name and relationship to the student
Date of absence
Whether the absence is due to an illness or an appointment

It is best to call after 5pm the preceding night if you know, or before 8am the morning of the absence. If you do not know until after 8am that your student will be absent or late, please call anyway.

If your child is absent and no message is left, an office staff person will call your home. If no one can be reached at home, you will be called at work.
