Glacier Park Elementary is a partnership among students, staff, families and the community. We demonstrate a commitment to life-long learning and promote the well-being of each individual. We are dedicated to helping all children achieve success. Glacier Park parents and volunteers provide reading support through the Read Naturally Program. We are a K-5 school of 900 students.

Right now at Glacier Park...

  • Parent/Teacher Conferences begin on Wednesday, November 18 and go through Wednesday, November 25. Students are dismissed at 1:10 on those days. Please click here for more information. If you need a bus pass or pick up pass during these days, click here.
  • Community activities information now on the Web

Families can receive information from community organizations on a Web page called Community Notices, which is part of the Tahoma Web site. Information that previously was sent home as printed documents now is online for easy viewing. Organizations such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Maple Valley Community Center and youth sports groups are invited to place information on the Web page.

To view the page or to sign up for an RSS (Real Simple Syndication) feed that sends automatic e-mail notifications when new content is added, please check out the school’s main Web page or click on this link: http://swift.tahoma.wednet.edu/csc/tflyers/index.php

Questions about the Community Notices page can be directed to Kevin Patterson in the Public Information Office by e-mail, kpatters@tahomasd.us, or by calling 425-413-3409.
