Facility Use

Tahoma School District facilities are open to the public for meeting use. Application forms must be completed and returned to the Facility Use office at Central Services. Links to download the forms are available below.

Forms are also available at the front desk at Central Services or by calling 425-413-3400 and requesting that a form be mailed to you. 

Fees are listed in the Procedures document available on this site. Please submit forms at least 2 weeks prior to use of district facilities. Liability insurance is required for all groups.
