• Why do we need this?
• What steps do we need to take to put the plan into action?
• How will it be used? (visional statement)
• Who does all this?
• Where funding comes from?
• Timeline for project/goals?
• Location?
• Contractors/Consultants/etc.
• Who makes all final decisions?
• How do we know if we’re on the right track?
• Partnership with Covington/Black Diamond? C.O.C. businesses
• Passing time for students to access P.A.C. (too far from building?)
• Parking?
• Size that is best for the district/community
• Continue to explore equity between money devoted to arts vs. sports in schools
• Who would assess/design the system? (sound system needs vs. facility design)

• Traffic Engineer
• District Administration
• District and Community leaders
• School District
• Maple Valley Council
• City
• Non-profit action committee – TAC (Tahoma Arts Center)
• "Steering Committee" assigns to other groups as necessary
