Take a look at Kentlake. Their upper seating areas rotate and become two small lecture rooms or classrooms

Lobby should have a visual arts display space This should include/but not be limited to a few permanent works of art, as well as rotating school and community art work in nice frames/display cabinets that could easily be changed out on a regular basis.
Acoustic excellence for dance / theatre / music
Flexibility to showcase drama, choral and band productions
Exterior sculpture and outside art work that relate creatively to the theme of the site/school/area
(i.e. pillars with tile work, walkways with set-in theme, benches, planters, outside billboard display areas, other sculpture works that add to the theme, etc.
Could this Performing Arts Center be the "centerpiece" of our community? (central location)
Site location-Why build outside city limits? Why not build where you know there will be growth?
Where is our downtown center going to be?
Make sure its accessible to a variety of school and community groups
Built to say something special about our schools, community, and communitys mayor
Maple Valley is growing and this helps our community to share its diversity
