- A young community can afford to be the beginning of history.
- PAC Planning Group identifies key MV treasures and incorporates these into design.
Positioned for community partnerships
- Involve and inform community throughout the process-open forums, etc.
- Use by schools, after school programs
- City churches weekend concerts
- More centrally located. Although our community has experienced a significant amount of growth there is no central hub or "Downtown." By creating this you would allow for other types of business growth that may help to sustain.

Quality educational/recreational opportunities
- Partner with King County
- Facility have a full-time coordinator
Models sense of community
- Involve ALL age groups
- Booking activities builds audience, which builds community one audience at a time.
Embrace positive aspects modern technology
- Web site lists event dates
- Has to be state-of-art lighting and sound
- Cordless microphones
- Computer generated Midi~lights-cameras
- Recording Studio Capacity/event recording sound and film
Economically vital
- Regular Theater/Dance Performance attendees could support a local center rather then those in Seattle and other area communities
- May attract Theater Schools to set up shop in our community
