Welcome to the I “PAWS” to Read program. Please follow the directions below to be eligible for a reader medallion at the end of the month. Enjoy your reading!

  1. Fill in your name, teacher’s name, and the month you are reading in at the top of this form.
  2. Read at least 20 minutes a day for 20 days of the month . Mark off the paw prints to keep track of the days you have read.
  3. Once you have read 20 days in the month, sign this form and ask a parent or guardian to sign.
  4. Hand in this form to your teacher no earlier than the 20 th of the reading month and no later than the 3 rd of the monthfollowing your reading to receive a reward for your great work.
